Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Listwell ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Listwell is a mobile application that helps you create marketplace listings from photos. The App uses artificial intelligence to identify items, research pricing, generate descriptions, and enhance photos. You can then copy the generated listing to any marketplace platform.

Account Registration

You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

Credits and Purchases

Listwell uses a credit system. Listing generation consumes credits. Credits can be purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system.

• Credit purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.
• Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• If listing generation fails due to a system error, your credit will be automatically refunded.
• We may offer free credits at our discretion (e.g., upon account creation).

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or to sell prohibited items.
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's services or servers.
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free credit offers.
• Use the App to generate fraudulent or misleading listings.

Generated Content

Listings generated by Listwell are created using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, you are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content — including pricing suggestions, item descriptions, and condition assessments — before posting to any marketplace.

You retain ownership of photos you upload. Generated listing text is provided for your use and you are free to modify, copy, and post it to any platform.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that generated listings will result in sales, that pricing suggestions are accurate, or that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Listwell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.

Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if required by law. If your account is suspended, you will be notified with a reason.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
